90 minute recorded online workshop
The focus of this workshop is to help you learn how to:
-Recognize boundary violations.
-Learn specific feedback you can give when boundary violations occur.
-Notice what prevents you from holding a boundary.
-Understand how to step in to healthy boundaries.
-How to hear and disrupt a “fantasy leak” to help you see when someone is not in reality.

Each week I will focus on the specific topics below. I will give you tools to use in your own life AND tools to teach these topics to the next generation. When you enroll you will receive a link to all of the topics and you will be emailed the worksheets for all 6 weeks. This allows you to go at your own pace.

Week #2: How your brain feels about safety.
Week #3: Identify counterfeit vs authentic emotions, thoughts and behavior.
Week #4: How to stop past trauma from impacting today.
Week #5: Learn how to fail; so you can succeed!
Week #6: How to identify and keep healthy boundaries.
